Snatched & Sold was born out of transformation.

In July 2024, I made a decision to change my life. What started as a personal commitment to my health turned into a full wellness journey that reshaped not only my body, but my mindset, my discipline, and my confidence. Since that day, I’ve lost over 120 pounds and gained something even more powerful: consistency.

As I step into 41, I’m entering year two of my wellness journey. This chapter isn’t about starting over. It’s about maintaining, leveling up, and embracing the discipline it takes to keep showing up for yourself every single day.

Snatched & Sold started as a way to pass along pieces of my old wardrobe as my body changed, but it quickly evolved into something bigger a community for women who are transforming, rebuilding, and rediscovering themselves.

Now we’re adding something new to the movement.

Our Discipline Collection was created for my fellow Snatched Hunnies who are doing the work. The early mornings. The late night workouts. The meal prep. The consistency nobody sees. These shirts and tanks are for the women who want to feel strong, confident, and cute while they grind in the gym and in life.

Because getting snatched is one thing.
